Grevillea Bonfire was released in Australia a
several years ago by Bywong Nursery. Some of the benefits of this
particular Grevillea are listed below.
- It grows to approximately 1.5 - 2 meters high and 2 meters
across.
- The dark green leaves are finely divided and fern like.
- The flowers are bright red and held upright in spider like
bunches.
- It is common for flowers to occur all along the branches.
- The plants prefer a well-drained site to grow in.
- Will tolerate moderate frosts.
- Pruning after flowering is recommended.
- Nectar feeding birds are attracted to the flowers, which occur
in springtime.
