- Robyn Gordon
Grevillea
Robyn Gordon is a plant that has proven itself over the years in
Australia. We have supplied 750,000 over the last 10 years, there
would be twice that much done from cuttings. It is a market that
keeps on growing; we will do over 100,000 this year.
- Glossy green deeply lobed foliage.
- Showy red flowers.
- A spreading shrub growing about 1.5mt tall by as much as 3
mt. across.
- The spectacular flower heads are about 16cm long and are produced
all year round with major flushes in spring and autumn.
- It is frost hardy in Australia preferring a sunny well-drained
position.
- Attracts wild bird into the garden to feed on the flowers.
- Micropropagation produces a better plant in a pot than cutting
grown, because the internode distance is shorter and there is
more auxiliary bud break
