Prices
This price list cancels and supersedes all previous price lists. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. We do not accept credit card payments.

Terms
Payment prior to shipment will be required unless credit has been established and upheld. After credit has been established our terms are 30 days. If payment has not been received within 30 days, interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue accounts. Debt collection fees, where applicable will be charged to the customer.

Exceptions
BMp will not use tissue culture from another laboratory, under any circumstances, due to contamination issues.
BMp expects that its own tissue culture will not be supplied to another laboratory by its customers in return.
BMp reserves the right to reschedule orders due to stock performance or non performance.

Minimum Order
1,000 plants per variety. Except Bananas where a special initiation has been done, then the minimum is order is 30,000.

Packaging
Benson Micropropagation (BMp) supplies at no charge our standard packaging.

Local Shipping
Within Australia, BMp. Will at no charge, freight the plants to the nearest major airport serviced by Australian Air Express. BMp will notify the customer on dispatch of the shipment. It is then the customer's responsibility to arrange pick-up from the airport. Any alternative arrangements will be at the customer’s expense and by prior arrangement.

Overseas Shipping
Overseas freight is at customer’s own expense and risk. Any agricultural inspections that is necessary will be at the customer’s expense.

Product Liability
We exercise the greatest care and attention to keep our plants true to name. We will replace, free of charge, any stock that is proven to be untrue to name. Or refund the original amount paid. However we shall, in no case, be liable for any sum greater than the purchase price of the stock.

Volume Discounts
BMp may give volume discounts for stock lines.

Deposits
Depending on the plant(s) BMp may require a deposit of 10% to 20% upon accepting an order, 40% two months prior to dispatch and the remaining balance prior to dispatch.
